📅 Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it
• Unworn or unused, with tags
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If you reside outside the United States, return shipping may take longer.

🛠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

To get a different item, return the current item and place a new order once the return is approved.

🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the same conditions as listed above.

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
